To request a repair, the customer just needs to contact us via the form below, or by calling or sending an email.
After receiving our response and following our instructions, the customer can send us the faulty equipment.
Once in our possession, it will be sent to our laboratory in Padua or, in some cases, to other specialized partners for specific repairs. Our highly qualified technicians will perform a detailed analysis of the problem and proceed with the necessary repairs.
Throughout the process, the customer can be informed about the repair status.
Once the repair is complete, the power supply will be tested to ensure its correct functionality before being returned to the customer.
