The GT6e is the high-speed, extra-large capacity automatic in-line tray sealing system with full vacuum facility, designed to cut labour costs. Modular and linear, it runs on its own or alongside de-nesters, fillers and labellers.

Up to 96 packs per minute with an eight-impression tool, or trays up to 631 mm wide on two impressions: from single portions to family packs.
Eseal® electric sealing
Proseal's all-electric sealing system delivers high, constant seal force with lower energy consumption and no drift over time: the last pack of the shift seals exactly like the first.
Five-minute tool changeover
With the Auto Tool system the machine recognises the fitted tool, connects the services by itself and loads the correct recipe. Changeovers stop being downtime.
Every seal type on one machine
Atmospheric, MAP, VMAP (vacuum + gas), Skin, Skin Plus and Skin Deep. Options can be added or removed after purchase, so the machine follows your market.
Promotion continuous-motion infeed
The modular conveyor accepts randomly spaced trays from any upstream line and indexes them automatically: no synchronisation to set, no dedicated operator.
Built to sit in a line
Integrates with de-nesters, fillers, checkweighers, metal detectors, labellers and end-of-line equipment: the tray sealer is a link in your plant, not an island.
