Dynamic five-position stripper plate: high setting for whole birds and WOGs, low setting for parts and pieces, with four 13 mm fine adjustments. One machine for the complete range of poultry products.
Manifold with pneumatic retraction
Every needle retracts individually on bone at constant, adjustable air pressure: no bent needles, no splinters, uniform injection even on bone-in products.
Uniform brine flow to every needle
The new research-driven manifold delivers the same needle-tip pressure and injection rate at every needle, with a variable-speed pump for optimum pressure control.
Two belts, two operations
FM flat belt as standard for whole birds and parts; optional CU flighted belt for cut-up operation. Advance 45 / 90 / 180 mm.
Four-stage filtration
Eliminates clogged needles and pressure drops: higher yields and a more consistent product shift after shift. FT 200 brine tank.
Food safety in five minutes
External brine path, accessible and removable for cleaning and inspection; all needles can be removed in less than five minutes.
