The IMAX 350 ECO and 420 ECO bring the robust drive concept and hygienic design of Schröder injectors to small and medium-sized production. Two manifold variants, needle retraction block as standard for bone-in and boneless products, optional tenderizer head and FT 130 brine tank with rotary filter: everything you need, without unnecessary cost.

Why choose the Schröder IMAX ECOline
Two sizes, 350 and 420 mm
IMAX 350 ECO up to 3,000 kg/h, IMAX 420 ECO up to 4,200 kg/h (calculated at 40 kg/m²): the right machine for every production volume, in under 2.2 metres of length.
Bone-in and boneless, from 10% to over 90%
Injection head with needle retraction block as standard: 1- and 2-way injection from 10% to over 90% injection rate. Multiple needle configurations for the optimum stitch pattern on every product.
Optional tenderizer head
Integrated steaker on request: 26 quattro needles on the 350, 141 single knives on the 420. Injection and tenderizing in a single pass.
Controller or touch panel
Central control of pressure, speed and injection mode; optional touch panel with user and recipe management.
FT 130 brine tank with rotary filter
130 litres, three-stage filtration (1 and 2 mm plates plus net), patented quick-release suction filter and less than 10 litres of residual brine.
True Schröder hygiene
External brine tubes, manifold opened by loosening just two screws, 3 kW pump with complete draining and tool-free disconnection from the tank.
